* The GFA Covid Compliance Course is proprietary to GFA and the sole and exclusive property of GFA. The GFA and is not granting or transferring any ownership or any other rights by allowing access.
* The GFA does not grant any authority for any third party to reproduce or repurpose the Covid Compliance Course for any other use.
* Recipient hereby assumes liability for and agrees to save and hold the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of the Georgia Film Academy (“GFA”), harmless and indemnify GFA for every expense, liability, or payment by reason of any damage or injury to persons or property suffered or claimed to have been suffered through any act or omission of the Recipient arising in any way from Recipient’s use, distribution, or control of the GFA Covid Compliance Course. This indemnification applies even if GFA is partially responsible for the situation giving rise to the claim, but not if GFA is solely responsible.
* The GFA Covid Compliance Course provides a certificate of completion, which only confirms that the recipient has registered to view the GFA Covid Compliance Course and that the course was streamed by that registered user account. The certificate of completion is not a certification or confirmation that the recipient learned the information contained in the GFA Covid Compliance Course. The certificate of completion also will not qualify the recipient for any role or job on a film set or otherwise.
* The GFA Covid Compliance Course offers suggestions for working on a film set in a safer manner, and it is not suggesting or recommending that a production company is ready to return to work. You should consult and follow your federal, state, and local laws or mandates about COVID-19 compliance.
